Unsatisfactory Experience – Extremely Disappointed After Booking
Initially, the service from this company was helpful during the booking process. However, once the tickets were confirmed and my mother flew to Australia, the level of support significantly declined.
The return flight was delayed by 12 hours by the airline, which I understand is outside the company’s control. However, what’s unacceptable is the complete lack of assistance or even willingness to advocate for basic passenger rights. Despite my mother being a medical patient, they refused to help request a rest area or any form of support during her 12-hour layover at Kuala Lumpur airport.
Every time we reached out, we were told, “Speak to the airline – we can’t do anything.” If that’s the extent of the service, one seriously has to wonder: why go through you at all?
There’s no sense of responsibility or customer care once the tickets are sold. It’s truly disappointing and disheartening, especially when dealing with vulnerable passengers. I will strongly reconsider using this service again in the future.
