Frauds can’t trust them, no customer service rude staff fake office no representation in Australia and Melbourne .. once you pay them they keep ripping you off they are based in unknown location in India and only interested in your money. No policies no work ethics and zero morality. They don’t provide any service details, keep calling 100 times a day for payment and once you paid they just keep transferring your calls to useless customer service . Loveleen claims to be a senior official there but a very rude lady and a one sided trumpet she’s not ready to listen and provide any details of your booking.
Guys I felt cheated and going to complain about them in India and Australia and going to write a detailed report to concerned airlines.
These guys should not be operating at all and don’t deserve to be in business.
