I came across My Tickets to India on Instagram while planning to book my flights. I first spoke to Varsha, who was very helpful in noting my travel requirements and tentatively blocking the dates for me. She quickly sent through the itinerary, which was great.
The next day, as Varsha was off, Jyoti followed up with me to check the details. Due to changes in my job schedule, I had to keep amending my travel dates several times, and both Varsha and Jyoti were extremely patient and polite throughout the process.
After a few days, I finally confirmed my travel dates, and I must say I received excellent service from both. They were professional, attentive, and supportive, making the whole booking process smooth.
